Some regular cleaning will keep your outdoor furniture looking perfect!

  • Use mild soap and a soft cloth/brush.
  • Rinse cleaners off thoroughly with clean water.
  • Never use the pressure washer!

Cushions and fabrics are bound to get dirty over time. A few minutes with a mild cleaner makes them look brand new!

  • Blot (don’t rub) liquid spills with a clean, dry cloth.
  • For oil-based spills, apply an absorbent (like corn starch), then remove with a straight edge.
  • Spray on a mild cleaning solution of soap (like Dawn or Woolite) mixed with water.
  • Rinse the fabric thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
  • Air dry.
  • Never put cushions/cushions covers in the dryer

Florida Backyard accepts that returns or changes are necessary sometimes. Notify us immediately about any cancellations or returns. We usually avoid restocking fees if the order is canceled within 48 hours, but sometimes fees apply.

Freight and shipping vary depending on the size, the type, the weight, the address, and type of shipping service. Usually, freight and shipping costs can be estimated as about 10-15% of the order’s value of the order. For an accurate quotation, contact us directly.

Smaller items can be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. Larger products that can’t be shipped by FedEx or UPS, are shipped by an LTL freight carrier.

There are two choices of delivery methods.

If you choose “Curb-side shipping”, the carrier is responsible for taking the packages off the truck and onto the curb or your driveway.

“White-glove shipping” is available for an additional charge. Ask about the details when you place your order.

That depends on the pieces you order, the options you choose and the delivery method. Most products ship in 2-4 weeks.  Contact us for more details on your specific situation.

Warranties cover defects in materials and/or workmanship.  Acts of nature, abuse, mold/mildew are examples of items that are not covered by warranty.  Please see the manufacturer’s warranty for each product. Discuss those details with your design expert during your FREE consultation.
