We have had our backyard furniture for several years and have enjoys it, great quality. But we did have 1 issue with drainage of the cushions. Jordan assisted me when I reached out and the customer service was beyond excellent. The issue was corrected. She was ever helpful and informative. Outstanding customer service! Thank you again.

They are the nicest people. No pushy sales people. Extremely helpful. Now my patio looks beautiful. I have lived in Jax for 0ver 40 yrs and I thought they were only for commercial. Go see them. Best recommendation I can give. Thank you everyone there for all your help 🥰

Jeff and his team are incredible! They went above and beyond to help us with minor repairs years after the sale because they fully stand behind their quality, durability, and the highest level of service! Top notch!

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: I have this patio furniture so many times and thought it must be the warehouse for porch furniture. I finally decided to stop in and to my surprise this place was the outdoor furniture gold mine. So many styles, colors, and quality to choose from. They explained their warranty and while I was there a customer was picking up her furniture that they repaired under the warranty (20 year if I remember correctly) The show room also had a clearance section that had some great selections if looking for a bargain. Definitely will spread the word on this hidden gem.

Florida Backyard gets 5 stars. They were more than helpful when we were choosing our outdoor furniture. We were originally unsure of what exactly we wanted and Samantha and Jeff are very knowledgeable showing us different furniture selections and fabrics. We are enjoying our outdoor furniture and would highly recommend Florida Backyard!

Shopped all around town for the best outdoor furniture. Bar far the most superior quality furniture. Custom fabrics created in house for quick turnaround and support local economy. Excellent communication. Pick up was easy and the team joyfully loaded my truck.
