        While on vacation in Jacksonville I stopped into their showroom and was surprised at the beautiful quality patio furniture they carried. I went back to NY and contacted them to see if it was possible to purchase a set. They were fantastic! Worked with me via lots of emails and phone calls, taking measurements and making various custom selections, cushion thickness, fabric and colors. After placing the order it was drop shipped for free in just 2.5 weeks! Delivered right to my house. I can't say enough good things about the entire sales staff, they were great! I have referred others! So happy with my patio set, excellent quality and should last forever!

        We placed our first order because they offer a wide variety of furniture for outdoor living that you can see and sit or lay on in their showroom. You can see the quality of the products. Customer service was excellent. They also have a wide selection of fabrics for cushions so that they can make themselves in house. Their delivery team was also very professional. We placed two more orders with them with excellent results each time! We will definitely use them again in the future!

        We needed our outdoor umbrella repaired from a major wind storm. It was almost turned inside out ... it still was in decent shape, but it would not open/close. The owner ‘personally’ helped my wife with a repair of it. Amazing Customer Service!!! We do have wrought iron furniture, bought well over 30yrs ago. It will last throughout our lifetime. However, when we want to add to it, we know exactly where to go for the most excellent service & quality products.... BTW, their showroom is beautiful!! Thank y’all again!!!

        What tools are needed to assemble the Adirondack chairs?

        The hardware pack that is sent with the chairs will include everything needed to complete the assembly. If you have access to a power tool, you’re welcome to use that to help speed the process along. If not, you can use the tools we include.

        Are these Adirondack chairs waterproof?

        Yes, Florida Backyard’s Adirondack Chairs are designed to be left outside year-round, regardless of climate.  Rest easy knowing they will withstand the elements.

        Do you ship outside of USA?

        At this time, shipping is only available to the lower 48 contiguous states.
